Tabata is a high intensity work out where wer rally for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in intervals adding up to 20 minutes, we focus on Arns, Core & Thighs my studio allows for an additional 5 to 10 minutes of peace and quiet at the conclusion of class in a Savasana (although this is NOT a yoga class:)
